IT'S OFFICIAL:
Osama bin Laden, leader of al-Qaeda, mastermind of the September 11th terrorist attacks and the world’s most wanted man for almost a decade is dead, President Barack Obama announced in the early hours of the morning.
Osama bin Laden, the most wanted terrorist of all time, was killed in Pakistan by U.S. forces. The leader of AlQaeda has opposed capture and died in a shootout. Bin Laden was hiding in a building located 100 kilometers from Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, along with other family members, many of them killed or captured during the battle.
